About our Founder

My strengths in leadership are being visionary, strategic, relational, competitive and deliberate. What I've come to find I value most and have a passion for as a healthcare leader is having the opportunity to support and grow people into highly effective successful leaders. To positively and effectively support and influence teams in a team centered manner to achieve shared goals and objectives is personally rewarding for me. For this reason people, relationships, and the power of team are my priorities as a leader and is the driving force behind me creating this venue of support for people pursuing careers in healthcare leadership.

With more than 25 years of healthcare experience with 20 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, my career began as a patient transporter in a hospital and became a director of a system wide service line of a nationally recognized healthcare organization. Through my career I have had the fortunate experience of leading teams within different organizations and have established a successful track record of growing leaders, growing teams, growing programs and services, and driving key performance indicators.I hold national certifications from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in General Radiography (x-ray), Computed Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Along with these successes I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership as well as a Masters degree in Sports Management.*
